J.B., To me a "good girl" is a woman that contains a little inhibition. For example: A "good girl" will think about jumping up on the bar and dancing, or may consider entering that wet t-shirt contest, but that's as far as it goes. On the other hand, a "bad girl" is the one without any inhibitions and doesn't hesitate to jump up on the bar and do a little strip tease, or enter that wet t-shirt contest and end up getting naked to boot. There is a fine line between being a "good girl" and a "bad girl", and most women are flirting with that line on a daily basis.
