My friend has HUGE boobs and she always seems to get "the guy". Is breast size really that important to men. I would have hoped that men cared more about a woman's character, then the size of their mammary glands.

Well some guys are just shallow enough to care about nothing more than the size of a woman’s breasts. You don't want those kinds of guys in your life. It sounds like your friend seems to always get “the guy” because they never seem to stay around long. If you’re looking for a meaningful relationship, you are not going to find it with a man that cares more about looks than personality. However remember that guys are visually stimulated whether they admit it or not, and you should flaunt your best assets to get their attention; if their attention is what you want. However no matter what size a woman’s breasts are, ultimately most guys just want to be happy, fall in love and live happily ever after.

Guys are very easy to figure out. Regrettably, many men look at physical attributes first -- stop going to those types of bars. Find a bar where beer isn't considered a food group. As the quality of men goes up, so will your odds.

Well, your friend always gets the guys that have breast fixations, but this is not the majority of men. Other men like small breasts. Other men are more fixated on butts and legs. Indeed, most men do have a "visual focal point" that they zoom in on, but fear not! Most men are more interested in women's personalities in the long run.

Personally I think big boobs are ugly. But then again what do you consider big, it's all a matter of taste. If they hang down to her waist I can't see what's so good looking about that. To me, breast size really isn't important at all.

Big boobs attract attention - lots of it. But I've never heard a guy say he wouldn't date a girl, or broke up with a girl, or didn't like a girl, because her boobs were too small. Breasts implants - not to big, realistic shape - are fine if you're up-tight about small breasts. But 90% of boob jobs are bad - really bad. Get the best if you are going to do it.
