General Background:

I was born, raised and still live in "The Big Apple" of New York City.  My parents are in the banking/financial sector, which is probably why I rebelled at a young age and pursued my career as a model and actor.  When I was 16, I auditioned for and was lucky enough to be accepted into the New York City High School For The Performing Arts (FAME anyone?), where I majored in drama.  To make a little walking around town money, I also took some modeling classes and am very glad I did as it has given me steady paid work over the years since graduating from school.  Acting is still my passion, but modeling everything from underwear to fishing jackets pays the rent!

What I Look For In A Woman:

People from out of town call me a typical New York intellectual (i.e. a little bit of a snob) and I guess that carries through to my taste in women.  My ideal gal is someone with a college degree that is involved in some sort of intellectual pursuit, be it teaching, writing or research.  She is also outspoken but not stubborn, liberal minded but not a tree hugger, and have a great  body that she takes good care of.

Hobbies:

Aside from my ongoing attempts to become a broadway star, I am also an avid photographer. Living in NYC, it was natural for me to focus on architecture and people as we has so much of both right here in my own back yard.  So, on any given Sunday, you can probably find me trawling around the subways, downtown city streets and parks with my trusty old medium format camera (yes, I still shoot to film, thank you!) taking photos of interesting looking people doing mundane things in front of spectacular art deco buildings that are tucked away on every block in this grand old city.

Favorite Experience:

You would think that being involved in theater and modeling, my favorite experience would be with a mysterious Russian ballerina or French model, but it's nothing that exotic!  When I was about 20 years old, I was in a photography club that met in various places around NYC to learn new photography tricks.  The instructor was an absolutely beautiful 40-something year old woman named Carla that I immediate developed a crush on.  One Sunday, it was raining lightly in the city and our club was scheduled to meet in Central Park.  I was pretty sure it would get cancelled because of rain, but grabbed my camera and headed uptown anyway to see if anyone would show up at our meeting place - the famous Central Park Boat House.  When I got there, Carla was the only one there and congratulated me on braving the weather.  Just then, it began to literally pour down rain, so we found an open door to the deserted boat house to seek shelter from the storm.  I had brought a bag of donuts with me, and she had her usual thermos of coffee, so we sat down on a tarp for a little snack and a chat. My heart was pounding being so close to her and alone with her.  She seemed to sense it and, much to my surprise, ran her fingers through my wet hair (it was long then) and leaned over and kissed me.  That was as good of a non-verbal cue as my 20 year old body needed and before long we were entangled in a boat tarp making passionate love while the rain pounded on the tin roof.  Here's to you, Mrs. Robinson!
